I used to eat here all the time. The Moo Shu Pork never disappointed. Until yesterday.
It looked nothing like Moo Shu Pork. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. It was disgusting.
I wish I could attach a picture.

I have been eating at your restaurant since I was a kid with my family...now I have kids that enjoy it too. However, we now have a kid with peanut tree nut allergies. We are not sure if he is able to eat here. Can you help me with this?

Very disappointed in the preparation of sesame beef.. it use to be thinly sliced and was excellent. Now it's large chucks and appears to be breaded. Will not be returning and will seek another restaurant.

Has an amazingly large vegetarian menu. Though other Rochester places do tofu much better (Ming's), Jade Palace has its own appeal by focusing on yummy and novel mock meats of all sorts. Worth checking out, at least. Bring a group so you can try aa variety of dishes!?

We have been going to Jade Palace on and off for 20+ years. It used to be THE Asian restaurant in the area. The food is still quite good for take-out, but not as good as it once was. Sadly, the restaurant itself is in dire need of remodeling or at least a major cleaning and paint job.?

Many people do. The taste is heavy from the heavy sauces. The fried food is heavy from the heavy breading. The sweet sauces are too sweet. The brown sauces are too brown. Less sugar and corn starch for me, thanks. ...?

This place was awful. I had a bad experience there about 5 years ago and figured to give it a try. The food was horrible. The chicken was so chewy most pieces had to be spit out. We ended up with Hunan Chicken and General Tsao's Chicken. The fried rice was not only undercooked, but tasted as if it had been sitting around for a couple days. Someone else mentioned the odor. While it wasn't terrible, it wasn't appetizing either. I ended up getting ill from this place on top of it. The only positive was the spring rolls which were pretty good. I would avoid this place like a plague. Next time I will stick with what I know best. Royal Dynasty is MUCH better for food in Webster.?

This place is rank. It used to be a wonderful place for wonderful Chinese food, but it recently changed hands. My last trip to the Jade was a horrendous experience. There were (for real) cockroaches crawling up the walls and one on my back (this was my birthday dinner) the food is not good at all anymore. The place stinks. One night not too long ago we decided to give it another try, and as soon as we walked in we turned around and walked out as the stench in the corridor was unbearable. Save yourself a bad experience and go somewhere else...?
